Paul gives an address to a crowd telling them of his conversion. We are reminded of who he was at the start of this book: a man who hated Christ. By chapter 28 we see a man preaching in the heart of an empire about the kingdom of Christ. Paul heard the good news of Jesus’ resurrection and of what it means to live as a follower and he embraced it.
