This talk presents the context in which Joshua lived and imagines his thoughts and motivations. It describes the optimism, faith, fears, disappointments and timeframes which he lived through, and proposes his understanding of worship (that God is far bigger than anything he faces) and his daily experience of the Presence of God are key to his leadership, as he leads the Israelites into the promised land.
